Baked Turkey Meatballs
These baked meatballs are super quick and easy to prepare with minimal ingredients and can be scaled to feed a whole group of people.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Mix together breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in large mixing bowl.
Add in ground turkey and mix gently until combined. Do not overwork. Form into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
