Baked Turkey Meatballs

These baked meatballs are super quick and easy to prepare with minimal ingredients and can be scaled to feed a whole group of people.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • Mix together breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in large mixing bowl.
  • Add in ground turkey and mix gently until combined. Do not overwork. Form into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
